Recently returned from an 8 night stay. Very well kept hotel. A good choice Buffet breakfast included. We chose a ground floor room overlooking the pool. Very friendly attentive staff. Reception, bar and restaurant staff looked after our every need. Mrs Chrysa and the housekeeping team kept our room spotlessly clean.
Close to the beach, village and the port. Free shuttle to and from the port. Rooms include a small fridge. Excellent swimming pool with very comfortable sun beds. Pool bar.

I wish to reassure all those who are going to reserve the hotel that the structure is new, rooms are spacious and clean enough (lacking a little in details), the common facilities are good especially the pool area. Even breakfast is not bad, although repetitive, but appropriate to the holiday
Poor professionalism of the staff (reception and waiters)

Good distance to town and port
There didn't seem to be much interest in service at the hotel. There was little information about the hotel and local area at reception, and we were not offered any assistance or advice on this. We were asked to use our room towels for the pool (ie go back to your room and get your towel) and then given attitude when the staff had to get fresh towels. Our room was not completely made up on arrival, no bathroom mat, a leaking shower and we had to make our bed. Breakfast was ok but there was no toaster for bread and the bread was slightly stale.

spacious room (cleaned every day), large pool,
obviously understaffed, rude, showing no interest for customer needs, fought and shouted to each other in front of customers, extremely overpriced, amateurs, certainly not 4 stars

Nice looking hotel which doesn't manage to be so "chick" as wantet. The staff was ok but did not manage to keep the place as clean and nice as it should. Breakfest was OK but not worth the extra cost.
Such a"fancy" hotel should have enough towles and clean tablecloths in the restaurant. The pool staff look like they where forced to work there, not serviceminded at all.

We loved the pool area, the well kept beautifully planted grounds, the friendly laid back atmosphere and helpful staff. Great lunchtime salads at reasonable price served by the pool. The location was great. 5 minutes walk to the Hora where there were lots of little tavernas and 5 minutes walk to the main beach, although we walked the further 15 - 20 minutes to the beaches further East. The hotel, set just away from the main village, was really quiet at night.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable but if you are expecting smart 4* think more simple. The bathrooms were a little worn and did not provide soaps. However, the simplicity of the rooms was offset by the lovely pool and helpful staff. The visa machine didn't work when we were there so we needed to arrange a bank transfer. Infact no one accepted cards on the Island! Take some cash as there is only one atm machine and doesn't always have money!l

It has a very nice swimming pool, the restaurant is very good and the hotel is very near to the center and it is a quiet zone.
It looks more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel. For that price I could have rented a very nice apartment (pension). It was not possible to pay with credit card, sometimes the hot water was no more available (aboout 7 pm - 8 pm) probably because too many guests were having a shower at the same time, no safe box in the room, the hotel looked nicer on the web site.

In the bathroom of our room there was a problem of electric dispersion: every time we washed our hands we felt electrical shocks and we were afraid.Only after insistently reporting the problem (initially they didn't believe us), a technician came and confirmed the problem; the receptionist, in an unfriendly way, then asked us to wash our tooth in the shower. In a four stars hotel at 120 euros per night this is not acceptable.
